General Gymnastics sessions are ideal for children who have never taken part in gymnastics before. They are also a great fit for younger gymnasts who have had some experience taking part in gymnastics at a recreational level before.
In our General Gymnastics sessions, gymnasts will learn the basics and fundamental skills across many different apparatus, such as the tumble track, floor, trampette, beam, vault and more!
Our sessions are 50 minutes and feature a warm up including a pulse raiser and a stretch to get both the mind and body engaged and ready for the session. After this gymnasts will be split up, usually into three smaller groups, and will then rotate around different equipment stations, each station with a coach supervising and instructing gymnasts on the tasks for that week.
We offer many General Gymnastics sessions throughout the week for different age groups.
Cost is £10.50 per session and payment is made termly. Discounts are applied for siblings.
