Brief Outline.

We are currently searching for a full time member of staff to join our coaching team as our club continues to grow.
We are looking for a young, ambitious individual hoping to take on a whole new career path and open to learning all the tips and skills required for a long term, fulfilling career in the Sports Coaching industry.

Experience in either competitive sport or working with children is prefered, but full training along with funding towards and support in achieving globally recognized qualifications in sports/gymnastics coaching is provided.

​About The Role:
• 35 hours/week.
• Full training provided.
• Join our team of passionate, young, qualified coaches.
• Learn to coach and teach a range of ages and abilities, from 4-year-old beginners to nationally ranked gymnasts.
• Predominantly afternoon, evening & weekend hours during school terms.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in sport (doesn’t have to be gymnastics) or working with children.
• An enthusiastic, reliable individual looking for a rewarding new career path.

• Immediate/imminent start date available, but a January 2026 start is also available.
• Applicants must be eligible for employment in Guernsey.
• Successful applicants will be required to undergo a DBS check.
